How do I request a refund for an in-game purchase?
Refund requests are processed through the platform you used for purchase (Apple or Google)—refer to their respective refund policies.
Where is my purchase?
In rare cases, purchases can sometimes be delayed. If you do not receive your purchase instantly, please try closing the app, reopening the app, and navigating to the in-game Store. If this does not resolve the issue, please check your inventory to double check that you didn't already receive the purchase.
I haven't received my iOS purchase.
Orders usually deliver instantly, but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing it again - it should arrive soon!
If you haven't received what you bought, please contact Apple Support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple.
I haven't received my Android purchase.
If you’ve made a purchase, but did not receive your order, please bear with us! It may take a few minutes for your purchase to be delivered.
Please do not attempt to make the purchase again, as it may lead to duplicate charges.

In order to verify your purchase, we will ask you to provide your transaction ID and a screenshot of your receipt. Here are a couple of ways to find your receipt/transaction ID:
Open your related email account, and search the inbox for "Google Play order receipt".
Select the order on your Google Payments transactions page to view your receipt.
The transaction ID might look like this…
GPB.123456789012345, or
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
…and must be visible in the screenshot. This can help us resolve the issue.
I didn't get the Weapon shards shown in my rewards.
This means you've maxed out that weapon. Excess shards automatically convert to cash (you'll notice you received more cash than displayed). This prevents giving you unusable weapon shards.
I want to cancel my subscription / I have reoccurring charges.
At the present time, there are no reoccurring purchases in our game. Every purchase must be made manually by you, the user.
